‘He’s a liar’: Activist speaks out after lawyer’s disbarment

Tabatha Kerr’s story on the “More Than Just Luck” podcast last week hit Livonia’s Christina Brockovich like “a ton of bricks.”
As first reported by podcast host Greg Wier and the lead story on Channel 7’s newscast on Oct. 22, 2026, Kerr’s lawyer, Greg Rohl, was disbarred by the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board (ADB) for stealing $600,000 from her wrongful-death settlement.
Kerr’s 3-year-old daughter, Lilliana, died on Jan. 20, 2017 when an unanchored, 350-pound folding cafeteria table fell on her inside a Head Start gym program housed at a church in Dearborn Heights.
“You sent me the podcast and I almost fell off my chair,” Brockovich told Wier at a podcast recording this week. “That’s Tabatha. I know her. She came into Greg’s office when Greg was my attorney.

“She’s amazing after all the trauma she’s faced, losing her own child and then fighting for others. I remember the tables in the office were lined up with petitions, so other kids could be protected.”
Brockovich is a Michigan-based activist and advocate who helps families challenge adult guardianships and elder care issues. She’s the founder of “Stop Trafficking Our Elderly and Disabled.”
“I want him (Rohl) to go to prison,” said Brockovich, whose real name is Tina Lindsay but uses Brockovich as a pseudonymn while investigating cases. “He’s a complete scumbag. I can’t believe I’ve been dealing with him for nine years.
“I’m definitely going after him for what he did to Tabatha. I’m devastated for her. He thought he’s above the law, that he knew all the judges and he could do what he wanted. He’s a liar.
“The things he would do. He would take cocaine and tell us he would do lines off of stipper’s asses. We have to start holding him accountable because it’s unfair to our families.”
